A single electric breast pump creates gentle suction with rhythmic stimulation to mimic a baby’s natural sucking pattern. This helps trigger let‑down and efficiently express breast milk into an attached bottle/container.

Assemble the pump, ensure parts are clean and dry. Center the breast shield on the nipple for a comfortable seal, start in stimulation mode and adjust suction/comfort settings as needed; pump as advised by a lactation expert/doctor. Use in an upright, relaxed posture; expressed milk can be stored in suitable sterile containers. Clean and sterilize parts that contact milk after each use as per user manual.
