Most diaper rashes clear with three things: change diapers more often, air-dry the area before re-diapering, and apply a thick zinc-oxide barrier cream (Himalaya, Sebamed). Avoid talcum powder. If the rash spreads, develops white spots (possible yeast), or your baby is feverish, see a paediatrician — antifungal or steroid creams may be needed.
Browse diaper-rash creamsStage-1 formulas (0–6 months) are designed to mimic breast milk and are the only safe option if you can't or choose not to breastfeed. Stage-2 (6–12 months) and follow-on (12 months+) add iron and adjusted protein for older babies. Never water down formula and don't switch brands frequently — talk to your paediatrician if your baby shows reflux, constipation or rashes after a switch.
