Treatment of premature ejaculation with erectile dysfunction in adult men, helps improve ejaculatory control and erectile function

Dapoxetine is a short-acting SSRI that increases serotonin activity in the nervous system, improving control over ejaculation and increasing time to ejaculation. Tadalafil is a PDE-5 inhibitor that increases blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping achieve and maintain an erection.

Take exactly as prescribed by a doctor. Generally taken orally with water 1–3 hours before sexual activity; do not take more than once in 24 hours. Can be taken with or without food; avoid heavy/fatty meals if advised as they may delay effect.

Headache, dizziness, nausea, diarrhoea, dry mouth, flushing, nasal congestion, indigestion, back pain, muscle pain, insomnia, fatigue, low blood pressure, fainting

For adult men only. Do not use with nitrates (for chest pain) or riociguat due to dangerous fall in blood pressure. Use caution in heart disease, history of fainting/low blood pressure, liver or kidney impairment, bleeding disorders, seizures, glaucoma, or penile deformity. May cause dizziness/syncope—avoid driving/operating machinery after dosing. Seek urgent help for chest pain, severe dizziness/fainting, allergic reaction, sudden vision/hearing loss, or erection lasting >4 hours (priapism). Not recommended in women and children.

Nitrates (nitroglycerin, isosorbide), riociguat, alpha-blockers and other antihypertensives (additive hypotension), other PDE-5 inhibitors, strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir, clarithromycin), SSRIs/SNRIs/MAOIs/triptans/linezolid (serotonin syndrome risk), thioridazine, anticoagulants/antiplatelets (bleeding risk), alcohol (increases dizziness/fainting)

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct light and moisture. Keep in original pack and out of reach of children.
