Directions for Use

Avoid in recent heart attack; use caution in heart disease, arrhythmias, glaucoma (narrow-angle), urinary retention/prostate enlargement, seizures, bipolar disorder/mania, liver disease, and elderly (higher anticholinergic effects/fall risk). Do not use with MAO inhibitors (or within 14 days). Serotonin syndrome risk with serotonergic medicines. Do not stop abruptly (withdrawal symptoms).
