Menstrual hygiene; absorption of menstrual flow; helps prevent leakage and maintain dryness/comfort during periods

The absorbent core wicks and locks menstrual fluid away from the skin to help keep the surface dry. The pad’s shape and adhesive backing help it stay in place and reduce leakage during movement.

Remove wrapper, unfold pad, peel off release paper to expose adhesive and fix to the centre of clean, dry underwear. Change every 4–6 hours or more often if flow is heavy. Wrap used pad in paper and dispose in a bin; do not flush.

Skin irritation, itching, rash, redness, discomfort, allergic reaction (rare)

For external use only. If you develop irritation, burning, rash, unusual discharge or persistent itching, stop use and consult a doctor. Maintain hand hygiene before/after changing pads. Change regularly to reduce odour/irritation. Do not use on broken/infected skin. Keep away from children and do not ingest.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Keep in original packaging to maintain hygiene.
