For prescription-required medicines, upload is linked to a specific pharmacy order.
How it works
If your order contains prescription-required medicines, you can upload a clear prescription from the Order details screen. This ensures the upload is attached to the correct order and speeds up verification.
Please upload a prescription that shows patient name, doctor details, and date. If any details are unclear, our support team may contact you.
Note: Prescription upload is required only for medicines marked as Rx.
