Important Warnings

Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Use with caution in patients on anticoagulants/antiplatelets (omega-3 may increase bleeding tendency), those with bleeding disorders, planned surgery (stop only if advised by doctor), diabetes (chromium/ALA may lower glucose—monitor), thyroid disorders, kidney stones history (some antioxidants/vitamins), and in people sensitive to any ingredient. Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult a doctor if pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you have chronic liver/kidney disease. Discontinue and seek medical help if allergic reactions occur.

Anticoagulants/antiplatelets (warfarin
acenocoumarol
aspirin
clopidogrel) may increase bleeding risk; antidiabetic medicines/insulin (ALA
chromium) may enhance glucose-lowering; levothyroxine (minerals may interfere—separate by 4 hours); tetracycline/quinolone antibiotics (zinc can reduce absorption—separate by 2–4 hours); antihypertensives/nitrates/PDE5 inhibitors (L-arginine may add to BP-lowering effects).

Always tell your doctor about all medicines you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs and supplements.
