• Bleeding
• easy bruising
• nosebleeds
• bleeding gums
• blood in urine
• black/tarry stools
• nausea
• vomiting
• diarrhea
• abdominal pain
• hair loss
• skin rash

Acitrom 3 Tablet may interact with the following:

• NSAIDs/aspirin and other antiplatelets (increased bleeding)
• other anticoagulants (heparin
• DOACs) (increased bleeding)
• antibiotics (e.g.
• metronidazole
• macrolides
• quinolones) (may increase INR)
• antifungals (fluconazole) (may increase INR)
• amiodarone (may increase INR)
• antiepileptics like phenytoin/carbamazepine (may alter INR)
• rifampicin (may decrease effect)
• thyroid hormones (may increase effect)
• corticosteroids (may affect INR/bleeding)
• herbal products like ginkgo/garlic (bleeding) and St John’s wort (reduced effect)
• vitamin K supplements (reduced effect)

Always tell your doctor about all medicines you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs and supplements.
