Aldactone T 5MG Tab — Side Effects & Warnings

• Increased urination
• dizziness
• low blood pressure
• dehydration
• nausea
• vomiting
• abdominal discomfort
• headache
• muscle cramps
• electrolyte imbalance (low sodium
• high/low potassium)
• weakness
• increased uric acid
• breast tenderness/gynecomastia (spironolactone)

Aldactone T 5MG Tab may interact with the following:

• ACE inhibitors/ARBs (enalapril
• ramipril
• losartan) and aliskiren (hyperkalemia)
• potassium supplements/salt substitutes and other potassium-sparing diuretics (hyperkalemia)
• NSAIDs (ibuprofen/diclofenac) may reduce diuretic effect and worsen kidney function
• lithium (increased lithium toxicity)
• digoxin (electrolyte changes increase arrhythmia risk)
• corticosteroids/laxatives (increase hypokalemia risk with loop diuretic)
• other antihypertensives (additive low BP).
