ritonavir) may increase amlodipine levels; CYP3A4 inducers (e.g.
rifampicin
carbamazepine
phenytoin) may reduce effect; other antihypertensives (additive BP lowering); simvastatin (limit simvastatin dose when used with amlodipine); grapefruit juice may increase levels; tadalafil/sildenafil (additive hypotension).
