How Arachitol 6L Injection (1ml) Works
Cholecalciferol is converted in the liver and kidneys to active vitamin D (calcitriol). It increases intestinal absorption of calcium and phosphate and helps normalize bone mineralization and parathyroid hormone levels.
Dosage & Directions
