Antihypertensives (may increase hypotensive effect)
nitrates (e.g.
nitroglycerin/isosorbide) and PDE5 inhibitors (e.g.
sildenafil/tadalafil) (may cause excessive BP fall)
anticoagulants/antiplatelets (possible increased bleeding risk)
potassium-sparing diuretics/ACE inhibitors/ARBs (risk of hyperkalemia in susceptible patients)
