Digestive enzyme supplement used to help relieve indigestion, bloating and a feeling of fullness after meals; may aid digestion of proteins.
Pineapple-derived enzymes (commonly bromelain) help break down proteins into smaller peptides and amino acids, improving digestion. This can reduce post-meal heaviness, gas and bloating associated with poor digestion.
Oral liquid. Shake well before use. Take the measured dose as advised by a doctor/label, usually after meals; may be taken with or without food but commonly taken after food for indigestion. Use a measuring cup/spoon; do not exceed recommended dose.

Use with caution if you have pineapple allergy, bleeding disorders, peptic ulcer disease, or are scheduled for surgery. May increase bleeding risk when used with anticoagulants/antiplatelets.
