Nausea, stomach upset, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, heartburn, allergic reactions (rash/itching), mouth/throat irritation

Use with caution if you have pineapple allergy, bleeding disorders, peptic ulcer disease, or are scheduled for surgery. May increase bleeding risk when used with anticoagulants/antiplatelets. Stop use and seek medical help if signs of allergy occur. Consult a doctor for children, pregnancy/lactation, or if symptoms persist.

Anticoagulants (warfarin), antiplatelets (aspirin, clopidogrel), NSAIDs (ibuprofen, diclofenac) may increase bleeding risk; antibiotics like amoxicillin/tetracyclines may have increased absorption; avoid combining with other products that increase bleeding risk unless advised.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Keep the bottle tightly closed. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
