How Arkafexo 180 Tab Works
Fexofenadine is a second-generation antihistamine that selectively blocks peripheral H1 histamine receptors. This reduces the effects of histamine released during allergic reactions, relieving sneezing, itching, watery eyes and hives with minimal sedation.
Dosage & Directions
Take by mouth as directed by physician. Common adult dose: 1 tablet once daily. Can be taken with or without food; take with water. Avoid taking with fruit juices (apple/orange/grapefruit) and keep a 2-hour gap from aluminium/magnesium antacids.
