Important Warnings

other antihypertensives (additive BP lowering)
CYP3A4 inhibitors such as clarithromycin/erythromycin
azole antifungals
ritonavir (may increase amlodipine levels)
CYP3A4 inducers such as rifampicin
phenytoin
carbamazepine (may reduce effect)
grapefruit juice (may increase levels in some patients)
