Known side effects of Atheart 10MG Tab include Headache, stomach pain, constipation, nausea, diarrhea, indigestion, muscle pain, weakness, increased liver enzymes. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Prescription medicine. Avoid use in active liver disease or unexplained persistent elevation of liver enzymes. Seek medical help for unexplained muscle pain/tenderness/weakness, especially with fever or dark urine (risk of myopathy/rhabdomyolysis). Use caution in alcohol use, liver problems, hypothyroidism, kidney impairment, and in elderly. Periodic lipid profile and liver function monitoring may be advised.
