Important Warnings

Increases risk of bleeding; seek urgent care for unusual bleeding, black/tarry stools, blood in urine, vomiting blood, or severe headache/weakness. Use caution if you have a bleeding disorder, recent surgery/trauma, peptic ulcer, liver disease, or are elderly. Inform doctor/dentist before any surgery or dental procedure. Rare: thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) and severe allergic reactions—seek immediate care for fever, confusion, jaundice, purple spots, or swelling/breathing difficulty.

Drug Interactions

Atherowin-75MG Tab may interact with the following:

Aspirin/other antiplatelets
anticoagulants (warfarin
heparin
DOACs)
NSAIDs (ibuprofen
diclofenac)
SSRIs/SNRIs (sertraline
fluoxetine
venlafaxine) may increase bleeding risk. PPIs that inhibit CYP2C19 (omeprazole
esomeprazole) may reduce clopidogrel effect; prefer pantoprazole if acid suppression needed. Strong CYP2C19 inhibitors (fluconazole
fluvoxamine) may reduce effect.

Always tell your doctor about all medicines you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs and supplements.
