DOACs (apixaban/rivaroxaban)
other antiplatelets. Reduced clopidogrel effect with omeprazole/esomeprazole (prefer pantoprazole if needed). Atorvastatin levels increased by strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (clarithromycin/erythromycin
azole antifungals
HIV protease inhibitors)
grapefruit juice; higher myopathy risk with fibrates (gemfibrozil)
niacin
cyclosporine. Rifampicin may reduce atorvastatin levels.
