• Headache
• dizziness
• abdominal pain
• diarrhoea
• nausea
• dyspepsia
• bruising
• nosebleed
• bleeding gums
• raised liver enzymes
• muscle pain (myalgia)

Atorday Cv 20 Cap may interact with the following:

• Increased bleeding risk with aspirin/NSAIDs
• warfarin
• heparin
• DOACs (apixaban/rivaroxaban)
• other antiplatelets. Reduced clopidogrel effect with omeprazole/esomeprazole (prefer pantoprazole if needed). Atorvastatin levels increased by strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (clarithromycin/erythromycin
• azole antifungals
• HIV protease inhibitors)
• grapefruit juice; higher myopathy risk with fibrates (gemfibrozil)
• niacin
• cyclosporine. Rifampicin may reduce atorvastatin levels.
