Known side effects of Aubade D3 Tab include Nausea, vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, headache, weakness, increased thirst, frequent urination. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Use with caution in hypercalcemia, hypervitaminosis D, kidney stones, severe renal impairment, sarcoidosis or other granulomatous diseases. Avoid taking additional high-dose vitamin D or calcium supplements unless advised. Overdose may cause high calcium levels (confusion, vomiting, dehydration, arrhythmias). Monitor calcium/vitamin D levels in long-term use.

digoxin/cardiac glycosides (arrhythmia risk with hypercalcemia)

corticosteroids (reduced effect)
