For subcutaneous administration of U-40 insulin in people with diabetes; accurate measurement and delivery of prescribed insulin doses
This is a medical device used to draw up and inject insulin. The U-40 barrel markings help measure insulin units accurately for 40 IU/mL insulin. The 31G, 6 mm needle helps deliver insulin into subcutaneous tissue with minimal discomfort when used correctly.
For single-use only. Use only with U-40 insulin (40 IU/mL) as per doctor’s prescription. Clean vial top/skin, draw insulin to the prescribed unit mark, inject subcutaneously (abdomen/thigh/upper arm) and rotate sites; do not share. Dispose in a sharps container.

Do not reuse or share syringes/needles. Use only for U-40 insulin—using with U-100 insulin can cause serious dosing errors. Maintain aseptic technique; avoid injecting into infected/irritated skin. Do not use if packaging is damaged, needle is bent, or sterility is compromised. Keep out of reach of children and dispose safely to prevent needle-stick injuries.
