• Eye redness (conjunctival hyperaemia)
• itching or irritation
• burning/stinging
• foreign body sensation
• dry eyes
• blurred vision
• increased eyelash growth
• eyelid skin darkening
• iris pigmentation changes

Bimat Eye Drops may interact with the following:

• Other prostaglandin analog eye drops (e.g.
• latanoprost/travoprost) may reduce IOP-lowering effect if used together; use only if advised. No major systemic drug interactions expected due to low systemic absorption.
