Ibuprofen 400 mg
Relief of mild to moderate pain, fever, inflammation in sprain/strain and musculoskeletal pain, dental pain, dysmenorrhea
Ibuprofen is an NSAID that blocks COX enzymes and decreases prostaglandins. This lowers pain sensation, inflammation, and fever.
Take as directed by doctor, preferably after meals. Swallow with water; do not exceed recommended dose. Use lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.
Common side effects of Brufen 400 Tablet may include:
Risk of GI bleeding/ulcer especially with prolonged use, older age, alcohol, steroids or blood thinners. Use cautiously in kidney impairment, heart failure, hypertension, liver disease and asthma. Avoid in active peptic ulcer disease and in late pregnancy unless advised.
