Known side effects of Calcium Gluconate Injection include Flushing, nausea, vomiting, hypotension (with rapid infusion), bradycardia/arrhythmias, metallic/chalky taste, injection site pain, tissue irritation or necrosis with extravasation. Not everyone experiences these side effects.
