Device used to deliver dry powder inhalation capsules for respiratory conditions such as asthma and COPD when used with compatible Rotacaps (as prescribed)
A rotahaler is a breath-actuated dry powder inhaler device. It pierces the capsule and allows the powder medication to be inhaled into the lungs with a deep, forceful breath.
Use only with compatible Rotacaps as prescribed. Insert capsule, close device, rotate to pierce, breathe out away from mouthpiece, seal lips and inhale deeply, hold breath for 5-10 seconds, then exhale. Rinse mouth after steroid inhalers. Clean mouthpiece regularly and keep dry.
