How Ciplox D Eye/Ear Drops Works
Ciprofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase/topoisomerase, stopping bacterial growth. Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, redness, swelling and pain.
Dosage & Directions
Use only as prescribed. For eye: instill drops into affected eye(s) without touching tip; close eye for 1-2 minutes. For ear: instill into affected ear; keep head tilted for a few minutes. Remove contact lenses unless advised. Do not stop early even if symptoms improve.
