Important Warnings

Use with caution in heart failure, conduction disorders (AV block), bradycardia, severe hypotension, asthma/COPD (may worsen breathing), diabetes (may mask hypoglycaemia symptoms), thyroid disorders (may mask symptoms), liver impairment (amlodipine), and severe peripheral vascular disease. Do not stop beta-blocker abruptly (risk of rebound angina/HTN). Seek urgent help for severe dizziness/fainting, wheeze, chest pain worsening, or swelling of face/lips (allergy).

Corbis Am 2.5/2.5MG Tab may interact with the following:

Other antihypertensives (additive BP lowering)
verapamil/diltiazem/amiodarone/digoxin (increased bradycardia/heart block risk)
clonidine (rebound hypertension on withdrawal)
NSAIDs (may reduce antihypertensive effect)
CYP3A4 inhibitors/inducers affecting amlodipine (e.g.
clarithromycin
azole antifungals
grapefruit juice; rifampicin
carbamazepine
phenytoin)
alcohol (increases dizziness/low BP)
insulin/oral antidiabetics (masked hypoglycaemia)
beta-agonist bronchodilators (reduced effect).

Always tell your doctor about all medicines you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs and supplements.
