Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic that relaxes smooth muscles of the gut to reduce cramps. Simethicone is an anti-foaming agent that breaks gas bubbles, easing bloating and discomfort.
Use only on pediatrician advice. Measure with the provided dropper; dose is based on age/weight. Can be given with or without feeds. Do not use longer than advised; stop and seek care if symptoms worsen.

Dicyclomine is generally not recommended in infants under 6 months due to risk of serious side effects (breathing difficulty, seizures, coma); use only if specifically prescribed. Avoid in intestinal obstruction, paralytic ileus, severe ulcerative colitis, myasthenia gravis, glaucoma, urinary retention. Use caution in fever/hot weather due to reduced sweating.
