Diamicron 80 Tablet may interact with the following:

• Other antidiabetics/insulin (hypoglycemia)
• alcohol (disulfiram-like reaction and hypoglycemia)
• azole antifungals and macrolides (increase effect)
• rifampicin (decrease effect)
• beta-blockers (mask hypoglycemia)
• corticosteroids/thiazides (raise glucose)
