Important Warnings

Use with caution in hypercalcaemia, hypervitaminosis D, kidney stones, severe renal impairment, sarcoidosis or other granulomatous diseases. Excess intake may cause vitamin D toxicity with high calcium levels. If you have kidney disease or are taking calcium supplements, monitoring of calcium/vitamin D levels may be required. Keep out of reach of children.

cholestyramine/orlistat (reduced absorption)
magnesium-containing antacids (risk of hypermagnesaemia in renal impairment)
