bowel preparation before surgery/diagnostic procedures when prescribed
How Dulcoflex Tablet Works
Bisacodyl is a stimulant laxative that increases peristalsis and promotes accumulation of water in the colon. The enteric coating helps it pass through the stomach and act mainly in the intestine.
Dosage & Directions
Take by mouth as directed, usually at bedtime for next-morning effect (6-12 hours). Swallow whole; do not crush/chew. Avoid milk, antacids, or PPIs within 1 hour as they may dissolve the coating early.
Always follow your doctor's prescription. Do not self-medicate.
