Known side effects of Dydrofem Tab include Headache, nausea, abdominal pain/bloating, breast tenderness, dizziness, fatigue, spotting/breakthrough bleeding, mood changes. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Use only under medical supervision. Rule out pregnancy/ectopic pregnancy and malignancy before treating abnormal uterine bleeding. Use with caution in liver disease, history of depression, thromboembolic disorders, or porphyria; stop and seek care for jaundice, severe headache/vision changes, chest pain, breathlessness, leg swelling/pain, or allergic reaction. May cause dizziness—avoid driving if affected. Not a contraceptive. In HRT, should be used with estrogen as directed; risk-benefit assessment is needed for long-term use.

Enzyme inducers may reduce effect (e.g.
rifampicin
rifabutin
carbamazepine
phenytoin
phenobarbital
primidone
topiramate
St John’s wort). Some antivirals and other strong CYP modulators may alter levels; consult doctor with any new medicine.
Always tell your doctor about all medicines you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs and supplements.
