Fluticasone is an inhaled corticosteroid that reduces airway inflammation and swelling. Formoterol is a long-acting beta2-agonist (LABA) that relaxes bronchial muscles to keep airways open for longer duration.
Use only with a compatible capsule-based inhalation device as directed. Typically inhaled twice daily; do not swallow the capsule. Rinse mouth and spit after each use to reduce oral thrush; not for sudden breathlessness—keep a reliever inhaler handy.

Not for acute asthma/COPD attacks. Overuse may cause serious side effects. Monitor for pneumonia risk in COPD, adrenal suppression with high doses, and worsening breathing immediately after use (paradoxical bronchospasm). Use with caution in heart disease, diabetes, hyperthyroidism.
