Bacterial skin infections such as impetigo, infected eczema/dermatitis, folliculitis, boils, infected cuts and abrasions caused mainly by Staphylococcus species
Fusidic acid is a topical antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by preventing translocation (via elongation factor G). It is particularly effective against staphylococcal skin infections and helps clear infection and promote healing.
For external use only. Clean and dry the area, then apply a thin layer 2-3 times daily or as prescribed. Use for the full prescribed duration; avoid contact with eyes and mucosa; wash hands after use.

Not for fungal or viral infections. Avoid prolonged or repeated courses to reduce resistance; consult doctor if no improvement within 5-7 days or if condition worsens. Use with caution on large areas, in infants, and near eyes.
