Maintain strict hygiene; sterilize properly. Do not keep inserted beyond recommended duration. If you experience fever, foul-smelling discharge, rash, dizziness or severe pain, remove and seek medical advice (rare TSS risk with internal menstrual products). Use caution with IUD users—consult a clinician and ensure seal is broken before removal.
