Ibvog M 0.2MG Tab — Side Effects & Warnings

• Flatulence
• abdominal discomfort
• diarrhea
• nausea
• vomiting
• loss of appetite
• metallic taste
• headache
• hypoglycaemia (especially with other antidiabetics)
• vitamin B12 deficiency (long-term)
• weakness

Ibvog M 0.2MG Tab may interact with the following:

• Insulin and sulfonylureas (increased hypoglycaemia risk)
• alcohol (increased lactic acidosis risk with metformin)
• iodinated contrast media (risk of kidney injury/lactic acidosis—temporary discontinuation)
• cimetidine (may increase metformin levels)
• carbonic anhydrase inhibitors e.g.
• topiramate/acetazolamide (may increase acidosis risk)
• diuretics and NSAIDs (may worsen renal function)
• corticosteroids and thiazide diuretics (may raise glucose)
• beta-blockers (may mask hypoglycaemia symptoms)
