Honey (natural), Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum), Vasaka (Adhatoda vasica), Kantakari (Solanum xanthocarpum), Pippali (Piper longum), Sunthi (Zingiber officinale), Dalchini (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), Lavanga (Syzygium aromaticum)

Koflet is a herbal cough formulation. Demulcents like honey and Yashtimadhu soothe and coat the irritated throat, reducing the cough reflex. Herbs such as Vasaka and Pippali help loosen mucus and support easier expectoration, while Tulsi/ginger provide mild anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial support.

Oral syrup; shake well before use. Take the dose as advised on the label/by physician; commonly taken 2–3 times daily. Can be taken with or without food; measure with a cup/spoon and avoid exceeding the recommended dose.
