Levosalbutamol (Levalbuterol) 1 mg
Relief and prevention of bronchospasm in asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); helps ease wheezing, shortness of breath and chest tightness.
Levosalbutamol is a selective beta-2 adrenergic agonist. It relaxes smooth muscles in the airways, leading to bronchodilation and improved airflow, thereby relieving bronchospasm symptoms.
Tablet: Take as prescribed by the doctor, usually with or without food. Swallow with water at the same time each day; do not exceed the recommended dose. If a dose is missed, take it when remembered unless it is close to the next dose.
Common side effects of Levolin 1 Tablet may include:
Use with caution in heart disease (arrhythmias, ischemic heart disease), hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, seizure disorders, and in patients sensitive to sympathomimetics. May cause hypokalemia; caution if on diuretics or with severe asthma. Seek medical help if breathing worsens or if there is no relief. Do not use more often or at higher doses than prescribed.
