How Lipitab Asp 10/150 Caps Works

Atorvastatin inhibits HMG-CoA reductase, reducing cholesterol synthesis and lowering LDL and triglycerides while modestly increasing HDL. Aspirin irreversibly inhibits platelet COX-1, reducing thromboxane A2 and preventing platelet aggregation to lower clot formation risk.

Dosage & Directions

Take as prescribed by the doctor, usually once daily at the same time. Swallow capsule whole with water; do not crush or chew. Preferably take after food to reduce gastric irritation; continue long-term unless advised otherwise.
