How Meftal 250 DT Tablet Works
Mefenamic acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It blocks cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes and reduces prostaglandin synthesis, thereby decreasing pain, fever, and inflammation.
Dosage & Directions
Tablet (dispersible): dissolve the tablet in a small amount of water and consume immediately, or take as directed by a doctor. Preferably take after food to reduce stomach upset. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.
