Important Warnings
Do not stop suddenly (may worsen angina/trigger heart attack). Use with caution in asthma/COPD (may cause bronchospasm), diabetes (may mask hypoglycemia symptoms), thyroid disorders (may mask hyperthyroidism), peripheral vascular disease, and liver impairment. Contraindicated/avoid without specialist advice in severe bradycardia, heart block, cardiogenic shock, decompensated heart failure, severe hypotension. Monitor pulse and BP; seek help for wheezing, fainting, swelling, or worsening breathlessness.
