Known side effects of Montek Fx 180MG Tab include Headache,drowsiness (rare),dizziness,nausea,diarrhoea,dry mouth,fatigue,abdominal pain,upper respiratory tract infection symptoms. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Not a rescue medicine for acute asthma attack. Montelukast has been associated with neuropsychiatric effects (agitation, abnormal dreams, insomnia, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts); stop and seek medical advice if such symptoms occur. Use with caution in liver disease. Avoid fruit juices which reduce fexofenadine absorption; separate from Al/Mg antacids. If severe allergic reaction, swelling, breathing difficulty or rash occurs, seek urgent care.
