Important Warnings
Do not exceed recommended dose or duration; prolonged or frequent use can cause rebound congestion (rhinitis medicamentosa). Use with caution in children and only under medical advice, especially in infants. Avoid use in patients with hypersensitivity to oxymetazoline, atrophic rhinitis, or narrow-angle glaucoma. Use caution in hypertension, heart disease, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, or enlarged prostate (systemic effects possible if overused).
