May reduce effect with levodopa when given without carbidopa (pyridoxine interaction)
chloramphenicol may blunt hematologic response to vitamin B12
metformin and PPIs can reduce vitamin B12 levels
isoniazid/penicillamine/oral contraceptives can lower vitamin B6 levels
folic acid can mask vitamin B12 deficiency
