Important Warnings

Do not use for more than 3 days (risk of rebound congestion/rhinitis medicamentosa). Use with caution in hypertension, heart disease, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, enlarged prostate, glaucoma. Avoid in atrophic rhinitis or after certain nasal surgeries unless prescribed. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist/worsen. Not recommended for children <12 years for this strength. Do not exceed recommended dose.

MAO inhibitors (or within 14 days)
tricyclic antidepressants
other sympathomimetics/decongestants
certain antihypertensives (may reduce control of blood pressure)
