Pregabalin 75 mg + Methylcobalamin (Mecobalamin) 750 mcg
Neuropathic pain (peripheral/diabetic neuropathy), nerve pain due to nerve damage, tingling/numbness (paresthesia) associated with vitamin B12 deficiency, adjunct support in neuropathies
Pregabalin binds to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the CNS, reducing release of excitatory neurotransmitters and thereby decreasing neuropathic pain signals. Methylcobalamin is an active form of vitamin B12 that supports myelin sheath formation and nerve repair, helping improve neuropathy symptoms due to B12 deficiency.
