What is Rosvie 5MG Tab used for?

Treatment of high cholesterol (hypercholesterolaemia) and mixed dyslipidaemia; reduction of cardiovascular risk (heart attack
stroke) in appropriate high-risk patients along with diet and lifestyle changes.

How Rosvie 5MG Tab Works

Rosuvastatin is an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor (statin) that reduces cholesterol synthesis in the liver. It lowers LDL (bad cholesterol) and triglycerides and can modestly raise HDL (good cholesterol), thereby reducing plaque formation and cardiovascular risk.

Dosage & Directions

Oral tablet. Take once daily as prescribed, at the same time each day, with or without food. Continue cholesterol-lowering diet and exercise; do not stop without medical advice.
