Known side effects of Rozat 5 Tablet include Headache, muscle pain (myalgia), weakness, abdominal pain, nausea, constipation, dizziness, elevated liver enzymes. Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings
Not recommended in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Use with caution in liver disease, heavy alcohol use, hypothyroidism, kidney impairment, and in the elderly due to risk of muscle problems (myopathy/rhabdomyolysis). Seek medical help for unexplained muscle pain/weakness, fever, dark urine. Periodic lipid profile and liver function tests may be required.
