Known side effects of SACUTAN 50MG TAB include Low blood pressure (dizziness),increased potassium (hyperkalaemia),kidney function worsening (raised creatinine),cough,diarrhoea,fatigue,headache,angioedema (rare but serious). Not everyone experiences these side effects.

Important Warnings

Contraindicated with ACE inhibitors (require 36-hour washout when switching), history of angioedema related to ACEi/ARB, and pregnancy. Seek urgent care if facial/lip/tongue swelling or breathing difficulty occurs.
