Important Warnings

Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, mucosa and broken/oozing skin. Do not use on large areas, for prolonged periods, or under airtight dressings without medical advice due to risk of salicylate toxicity (especially in children). Use with caution in children, people with renal impairment, or those allergic to salicylates. Stop and seek medical advice if severe irritation, blistering, or symptoms of salicylism (ringing in ears, dizziness, nausea) occur.

Increased irritation with other topical keratolytics/retinoids (tretinoin
adapalene)
benzoyl peroxide
topical steroids (enhanced absorption)
abrasive soaps/alcohol-based products; may increase absorption of other topical medicines applied at same site.
